Step 1: Apply

Once you find a role that interests you, the first step is to complete your application online.

Your application will usually be acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt.

When applying via our careers website, you will be asked some initial questions. If you do not meet the criteria, your application will not be progressed further.

Successful applicants at this stage will progress to the next step.

Step 2: Screening

Our recruitment team will review your application and suitability for the position, responding to you within 3 working days.

You may also be invited to a telephone screening call with a member of our recruitment team.

After screening you will be advised whether you have been shortlisted for an interview or are unsuitable for the position you have applied for.

We aim to conduct the first stage interviews as soon after screening as possible, subject to the availability of shortlisted candidates and the hiring manager.

Step 3: Interview Process

Our interviews involve a combination of job-related behavioural and situational questions to better understand your capabilities and prior experiences as well as what you are looking for in your next role.

  • Invitation to Attend an Interview

We will always try to find a mutually convenient time to conduct the interview, providing you with a few date and time options. Occasionally, and if we cannot find an agreeable time we may need to put your application on hold so that we do not delay the process for our other candidates.

We try to provide you with as much notice as possible. Interview confirmation will be emailed to you, detailing the date and time, place and interview panel.

If you subsequently cannot attend the confirmed interview, please let us know.

  • Assessments

You may be asked to complete an online assessment, which will vary depending on the role you applied for. For example, we conduct Hackerrank online assessments for all Software Developer positions to gain a picture of your skills and understanding.

  • Interview Preparation

In preparation for your interview we recommend doing some research into who we are and what we do. The interview is your chance to show us why you want to work here and is also your opportunity to interview us; so come prepared with any questions you want to ask. In the meantime, you can check out what our employees are saying about what it’s like to work here.

  • Second Stage Interview

If you are successful following the first round of interviews, you may be invited to attend a second stage interview, which is usually around one week after your first interview. Second stage interviews are typically a panel interview. We will advise you in advance if we need you to do any additional preparation; for example, depending on the role we may like to see a short presentation.

Again we will always try to find a mutually convenient time to conduct the interview.

The second stage is usually the end of the interview process.

Step 4: Decision

After your final interview, we’ll call to let you know if you have been successful.

If you are, we’ll make you a verbal offer and aim to confirm a start date. Once you have accepted the offer, we will give you access to our onboarding system. Here you will find your formal offer letter, supporting documents and your contract to sign online.

Feedback

We will keep you updated throughout the process and always provide constructive feedback.

Unsuccessful Candidates

Your details will remain on file for 6 months after you have applied for a position with us. When a suitable vacancy becomes available we will contact you to find out whether you are interested in being considered. At the end of the 6 months you will receive an email from our recruitment system asking you to confirm whether you would like your details to remain on file. If you do not wish for your details to remain on file, they will be removed in line with GDPR.

No Longer Interested?

We understand that your circumstances may change after you have applied or been invited to attend an interview. In that instance please let us know and we won’t contact you again regarding your application.
