With some experience gained in a different company, James joined our Customer Support team in 2015. He provides system support to our clients, assisting them with simple queries such as password resets through to the more complex queries. After graduating from Nottingham Trent University where she studied Animal Biology, Lydia went travelling and worked in various roles in the hospitality industry. She decided on a career in sales as she enjoys interacting with and talking to people and she thought sales would suit her personality. Lydia joined us in 2019 as a Sales Development Representative and in July 2021she was promoted to the role of Sales Consultant. Of working in sales she says “If you are driven, open to trying new things, confident, proactive and strong willed you'll be successful in Sales.”

In 2019 Sam completed his work placement with us whilst studying his T Level in IT at his local college. He gained his experience in our software testing team and in the summer of 2020 he returned as a full time Software Tester. “I look at the system to check that it works in the way it’s intended and expected to. I have to pick it apart and make it not work, as though the end user will use it in unexpected ways. My job is to break it...to find the bugs before the customer does.”
