With some experience gained in a different company, James joined our Customer Support team in 2015. Simon joined us in 2016 as a Sales Consultant. Since then he’s had a number of different roles in the team and is now our Chief Product Officer. Simon is the link between the client facing and technical teams. He takes information received from customers and passes it on to the technical teams to help them make improvements to the system and solve any problems our clients may be facing with the system.

After college Jasmine decided she didn’t want to go to university and completed an apprenticeship.
